Care Village Real Estate was founded by me, Joyce Thomas, a broker associate with HomeSmart Realty West in San Diego county. I have 19 years experience in all segments of the real estate market from low priced fixers for investors to multi-million dollar dream homes. I was the general manager and broker of record for a real estate company for 13 years, closing over 100 transactions myself and helping agents close complicated and sometimes difficult transactions. It was an honor to be able to help.
I understand how to help a seller get the best price and terms and buyers find the best home for them and their families. I believe in personalized service for each client. Buying or selling a home is one of the most important transactions a buyer or seller will encounter and I take the responsibility very seriously.
